Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the information below carefully, as return eligibility varies by product type.
Supplements
We offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, supplement products must be:
-Unopened
-Unused
-In the same condition as received
-In original packaging
-Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to supplement safety and integrity standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened products under any circumstances.
Apparel and Made to Order Items
All apparel items, including hoodies, are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for apparel due to size, fit, color preference, or change of mind.
Returns or replacements for apparel are only accepted if an item arrives:
-Damaged
-Defective
-Incorrect
If there is an issue with your apparel order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping instructions will be provided only for approved, eligible returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Opened or used products
-Apparel items that are not defective or incorrect
-Final sale or discounted items
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
