4. Order Problems
If you have an issue with an order, such as:
Package shows delivered but you did not receive it
Damaged or open product
Wrong item or flavor received
Please contact me within 7 days of the delivery date with:
Order number
Photos of the product and shipping label (if damaged)
A short description of the problem
I will review it and work with you on a fix as quickly and fairly as possible.

I try to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 business hours.
During new product drops or holidays, it may take a bit longer, but I am not ignoring you.
