Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Issues

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Because of supplement safety and integrity standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened products under any circumstances.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a different flavor or product, the fastest method is to request a return for your unopened item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
